Roy Greengrass, Sustainability Coach

Roy Greengrass 

Roy is President of The ESG Group and is a CA licensed mechanical engineer.  He also serves as the sustainability coach for the The FSO Institute, which provides proven industry executives and expert advisors to businesses.  His extensive industry experience Includes serving as the Director of Advanced Technology and Sustainability at a fast growing food tech startup, Impossible Foods. and numerous leadership roles in other food, CPG and manufacturing companies.  Previously, he served on the executive board of PMMI’s OPX leadership network representing the CPG and Supplier Packaging Industry and authored their 2023 work product on "Journey  to a successful ESG program". 

Deb McManus, Sustainability and ESG  Communications

Deb McManus

Deb is VP of Marketing and Communication services.  She is a senior global marketing and public relations executive with extensive management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Over her career, she was responsible for elevating brands, transforming the customer experience, driving employee engagement, and growing market share of voice for B2B products in energy, high-tech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. She has a proven record in problem-solving, program delivery, and managing high performing teams in both corporate and virtual environments. 

Bruce Bitowft VP of Packaging Technologies

Bruce Bitowft 

Bruce is VP of Packaging Technologies.  He is a broad-minded, change-oriented packaging development leader, with global experience in product launches, program management, environmental and regulatory compliance, package testing, technology transfer, business development, packaging operations, research and development. He has over 30 years of packaging development experience at leading end-user consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Clorox, SC Johnson and Impossible Foods. He has also worked at packaging suppliers such as Ropak Packaging (now part of Mauser) and Pactiv-Evergreen. Bruce earned an MBA from Xavier university in Cincinnati, OH, a Licentiate of Technology degree from the University of Lund, Sweden and a BSCHE degree from the University of Virginia


Paul Baker, Packaging Design Expert

Paul Baker

Paul is a strategic design expert highly skilled in operations and inspiring teams to great effect. His has a keen  understanding of packaging engineering and business development focused from concept to production. With a proven  history of success building engineering and innovation teams including launching household-name products for JM  Smucker & Mars and upcoming brands such Impossible Foods and Rodan + Fields. Chris Santoriello Manufacturing Line Design Expert

Chris Santoriello

Chris specializes in applied engineering technology for packaging of frozen/refrigerated food products and high speed line operations.  He has a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry with strong information technology knowledge and skilled in Operations Management, Facility Management (FM), Continuous Improvement, Product Development, and Food Processing.

Peter Jug, packaging and reuse design expert

Peter Jug

Peter offers extensive project management and packaging engineering experience with international food, high technology, aerospace and consumer products manufacturers. Led R & D initiatives to improved package quality, reduced packaging cost, and increased customer satisfaction. Sustainability champion that reduced landfill tonnage and recycle all packaging  waste. Managed multiple product launches from start to store shelf. Includes product distribution testing and validation.

Ruchi Shah , sustainabilty strategy  science based carbon accounting and ESG

Ruchi Shah

Ruchi has 8+ years of corporate sustainability experience across the public and private sectors (Technology and Built Environment) in developing climate programs, setting science-based targets, leading ESG reporting, and implementing decarbonization and net-zero strategies. She led Climate Strategy at Iron Ox, an AI-based indoor farming startup and prior to that, she worked at AVEVA - a global industrial software solutions company. She has led successful collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders on integrating sustainability across business areas. 


She is passionate about developing programs ground up and hyper-focused on driving sustainability impacts across the value chain. She has a Master's in Sustainability from the University of Pennsylvania (Upenn) and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology Engineering from India.
